Sammamish Chamber of Commerce

The Sammamish Chamber of Commerce completes a three-year strategic plan, clarifying mission, vision, and a focused roadmap to better serve local businesses.

I’m excited to share that the Sammamish Chamber of Commerce has officially completed our three-year strategic plan—a major milestone that brings greater clarity, focus, and value to our members and the Sammamish community we serve.

At the heart of this work is a deep commitment to the success of our local business community. As the Chamber continues to evolve, our newly adopted mission and vision clearly define both who we are and where we are going. Our mission is to empower local businesses to grow through connection, collaboration, and community. This reflects our belief that meaningful growth happens when businesses are supported, connected to one another, and actively engaged in the community they serve. Our vision is a thriving, connected business community that drives sustainable growth and creates lasting impact, where businesses of all sizes and across all industries are equipped to adapt, innovate, and lead with confidence.

This work was driven by a clear need: as a small but growing chamber, we required a strategic plan that truly reflected who we are today and where we are headed—not a one-size-fits-all document that sits on a shelf. Through our partnership with Lead-ology Consulting, we gained something that had been missing for years: clarity, confidence, and a realistic path forward.

Over the course of a year, Lead-ology worked closely with our board to develop a right-sized, three-year roadmap that is both achievable and energizing. The process aligned our board around a shared vision, strengthened ownership of our direction, and helped us move from uncertainty to momentum.

One of the most impactful outcomes was the refresh of our mission statement. Today, our board members and ambassadors can clearly remember it, confidently speak to it, and use it as a guide in decision-making and community conversations. That level of alignment is powerful—and essential for sustainable growth.

We now move forward with a plan and a purpose that feels steady, actionable, and built for the future. This strategic plan strengthens our ability to serve our members and deliver meaningful value to the Sammamish community for years to come.
